What you’ll bring
Here, people leadership matters more than specialist knowledge of every piece of equipment. The team already brings deep technical expertise – you bring the leadership experience to help it work well together.
- At least three years of people-management experience, ideally leading skilled workers, technicians or production staff.
- Experience handling a range of people matters with care and clarity, including open and constructive conversations.
- Around two years of responsibility for production equipment or similar technical-operational exposure, including preventive and corrective maintenance and responding to breakdowns.

- The ability to set clear expectations, build trust with experienced colleagues and keep a calm overview when priorities change.
- Good cooperation and communication skills, and a can-do approach in an environment of change.
- Fluency in Danish and English. Danish is essential, as you will lead a Danish-speaking team.
Useful, but not essential:
- Experience from a GMP, cGMP or other regulated production environment. Pharmaceutical experience is not required, and we welcome candidates from other production industries.
- Practical experience with Lean, continuous improvement or visual management.
- A bachelor’s degree and a relevant technical education.
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and develop your 15 skilled workers through daily shop-floor leadership, timely feedback and development talks, so roles, priorities and expectations are clear to everyone.
- Build cooperation across the equipment groups and continue cross-training, so the team can work flexibly across all equipment areas.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out and the right resources are in place when equipment breaks down, keeping inspection lines, utilities and supporting equipment operational.
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality and compliance – from EHS follow-up on near misses to up-to-date SOPs and documented training for every team member.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance boards, systematic problem solving.
