We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and influential Qualification & Cleaning Validation Corporate Process Owner to join our team within Belgium Support Services & Braine Campus , based at our UCB campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium .

About the role

As Qualification & Cleaning Validation Corporate Process Owner, you will play a key role in ensuring excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across UCB's Internal Manufacturing network. You will own the governance of global Qualification and Cleaning Validation processes, drive harmonization across sites, and help maintain a permanent state of inspection readiness. You will also lead strategic initiatives that support operational performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable quality standards worldwide.

Who you will work with

You will work closely with a global network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Local Process Owners, Quality representatives, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will act as a key connector between sites and global functions, fostering collaboration, alignment, and the sharing of best practices across UCB's Internal Manufacturing organization.

What you will do

• You will own and govern global Qualification and Cleaning Validation processes within the Quality Management System.
• You will develop and maintain global standards, procedures, and training materials.
• You will monitor process performance through KPIs, risks, deviations, CAPAs, and inspection outcomes.
• You will lead strategic projects and change initiatives supporting process improvement and harmonization.
• You will build strong stakeholder partnerships and facilitate global governance and decision-making forums.
• You will ensure GMP compliance and maintain continuous inspection readiness across manufacturing sites.

Interested?

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific, engineering, or pharmaceutical field.
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Qualification and Cleaning Validation.
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, including CFR 21, EudraLex, and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems, deviations, CAPAs, and change control processes.
• Proven project management, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership capabilities.
• Fluent communication skills in both French and English.
