The Opportunity
This position works out of our Wiesbaden site, Abbott GmbH in the Abbott Point of Care division.
The Manager of Data Analytics & Forecasting International plays a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to support commercial decision-making across APOC’s international markets. This role consolidates analytics and forecasting efforts across EMEA, LATAM, Canada, and Asia Pacific , enabling consistent, high-quality insights that guide strategic planning and performance optimization. The role also leads and coordinates key commercial planning processes including Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Commercial Demand Review (CDR), Long-Range Planning (LRP), OEM input , and Latest Best Estimate (LBE) forecasting for international markets.
Your Tasks:

Develop and maintain forecasting models for international markets.

Consolidate analytics across regions to ensure consistency.

Analyze internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities.

Build dashboards and performance reports.

Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

Support strategic decisions with market, customer, and competitive intelligence.

Provide scenario modeling and planning support.

Lead IBP, CDR, and LBE forecasting processes, c onsolidate regional inputs and align with Finance and Supply Chain.

Support LRP and OEM planning cycles.

Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to assess market dynamics.

Monitor competitor activities with regional teams.

Communicate insights clearly across all organizational levels, p romote a data‑driven culture and support knowledge sharing.
Your Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field; MBA or MS preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in data analytics, forecasting, or strategic planning, ideally in healthcare or diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data sources (e.g., IQVIA) and international market dynamics.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Python, predictive analytics, machine learning).
- Experience leading commercial planning processes (IBP, LBE, LRP, OEM) across multiple geographies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
