We are looking for a
Working Student (m/f/d) Public Affairs & Communications (15–20 h/week)
for our site in Wiesbaden-Delkenheim Abbott GmbH reporting to Director Public Affairs & Communications DACH and to PA Manager Germany
Purpose of the Role
This role supports Abbott’s Public Affairs & Communications (PA) work in Germany, Switzerland and Austria contributing to high-impact internal & external communications, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement. As an integral part of the DACH Public Affairs team, you will work directly with the Director and the PA Manager, helping deliver strategic projects while driving your own ideas with initiative and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of external campaigns.
- Draft and refine communications materials.
- Assist in developing digital and social media assets.
- Conduct PA & media monitoring and reporting.
- Contribute to research and analysis of healthcare, tech and media developments.
- Support events and project coordination.
- Provide administrative and project management support.
Profile & Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s program in a relevant field.
- Strong writing skills in English and German.
- Proven organizational and project management ability.
- Previous experience in communications, editorial roles, or Public Affairs.
- High initiative and ability to work independently.
