Quality Assurance Manager (all genders) - Pharmaceutical Solid Dosage Packaging

Are you passionate about quality and eager to make a real impact? As the Quality Assurance Manager (all genders) , you will hold a key position within Quality Assurance, serving as the primary point of contact for quality and GMP topics related to pharmaceutical solid dosage packaging. Working in an international environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring and continuously enhancing the highest quality standards, in close collaboration with Production, Engineering, and global QA teams.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You act as the central QA point of contact for site management and represent quality and GMP matters with the appropriate level of authority
  • You lead deviation management at shopfloor level, from initial assessment through to timely follow‑up and closure
  • The final assessment and closure of major and critical deviations are your responsibility
  • You support the Investigation Board and the Qualified Persons in accordance with §14 AMG and serve as a trusted sparring partner
  • You ensure structured risk assessments (e.g. FMEA) for processes, deviations, and complaints
  • You actively drive the implementation of global regulatory requirements, guidelines, and quality standards within production
  • You support the introduction of new processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes from a QA perspective

WHO YOU ARE

  • You hold a degree in Pharmacy with German licensure (Approbation) or a relevant Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.A.) in a natural science discipline
  • Preferrably, you bring initial professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within a GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment
  • Your expertise in Quality Assurance, deviation management, and regulatory requirements is solid
  • You are proficient in MS Office and SAP and open to working with modern digital and AI‑based tools
  • You demonstrate a strong quality mindset and a clear focus on continuous improvement
  • You communicate confidently with internal, external and international stakeholders and possess strong negotiation skills
  • You work in a structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented manner, even in complex situations and under time pressure
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, completes your profile

This is a fixed-term position for two years.
