Revenue Growth Manager & Analyst Cluster Germany/Austria (all genders)

The Revenue Growth Manager & Analyst Cluster provides overall transparency and executes all revenue growth management programs for Consumer Health  Germany/Austria, identifying and evaluating business opportunities, performing analytics and completing other ad-hoc tasks to deliver the Cluster’s RGM goals.
All RGM outputs should drive fact-based decision-making and performance improvements and will be the basis for strategic and tactical decisions.
In addition to market delivery responsibilities, the role contributes to the development and scaling of RGM capabilities within the Customer & Category Growth Home, supporting capability building, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement across the broader organization.
While primarily focused on Germany/Austria, the role operates with an enterprise mindset, flexibly supporting high-priority business needs, strategic projects, and value-driving opportunities across markets when required.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform detailed analyses across all RGM levers, including analyses of company and competitor pricing, product offerings, mix/assortment management, promotion and trade term management to derive scenarios for value creation and accelerated business growth, execution in partnership with management, marketing, trade marketing and sales teams.
  • Conduct annual price strategy and price pack architecture workshops to fully exploit pricing potentials with marketing and finance. Additionally, you support marketing with pricing-related topics related to all New Product Developments.
  • Lead all trade term optimization initiatives in close collaboration with sales and finance to uncover saving potentials, potential improvements of ROI and pay for performance and support all ongoing initiatives related to Gross to Net (e.g. CRM/SAP introduction) and channel strategy.
  • Local work lead for global holistic market review project, with the goal of improving key KPIs of four value bricks: Trade Term Optimization, Promotional Effectiveness, Payment Term Optimization and Cost to Serve Efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of relevant markets, trends, channels, competitive dynamics, value drivers and consumer insights to build a comprehensive action plan.
  • Create and deliver effective presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to counterparts and senior leaders.
  • Provide strategic consultancy and gives advice and recommendation to management.
  • Contribute to the Customer & Category Growth Home capability by supporting the development, codification and scaling of RGM best practices, tools and methodologies, and actively sharing expertise across markets to strengthen organisational capability.

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree (Master’s/Ph.D) in quantitative field (Statistics, Management Science, Operations Research, Engineering, etc.) or economics.
  • Several years of experience in Business Analysis & Controlling, Reporting, Business/Marketing support.
  • Strong in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize and drive complex projects with multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while effectively coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical background with proven track record of pushing analysis to actionable recommendations.
  • Strong financial acumen and very good experience with financial modelling.
  • Ability to manage and drive complex analytics, manipulation of large amounts of data; familiar and able to work with point-of-sale (e.g. IQVIA) data.
  • Proficiency with quantitative and analytical tools including MS Excel, MS Power BI and Tableau. SAP knowledge is an additional benefit.
  • Fluent English and German (written and spoken) is required.
