As the world leader in the production of innovative medicines, we at Boehringer Ingelheim offer you the opportunity to get to know the many tasks of the Digital and Process Transformation in Third Party Management Department. We are looking for a student who will support us on the development of digitalization tools and activities in third-party management and improving communication in the organization. If this sparks your interest, we can offer you the opportunity to do your internship with us in Ingelheim for 6 months.

You will gain an insight into the following topics and areas of activities:

• Together with the team you will support all projects in the human pharma third-party digital transformation and process improvements.
• You will gain insights into Wave 2 of the knowledge Graph implementation
• Driving Learning initiatives within BI University and creation of learning content incl. learning videos
• How to perform digital use case evaluation
• Furthermore, you get to know the operational and regulatory environment specific to the human pharmaceutical industry.
• Possibility to write your Master Thesis (after your internship)

Your Profile:

• Ongoing Master study in Business administration, IT Sciences, Communication & IT, Engineering, Pharmaceutical or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of IT (machine learning techniques or programming is of advantage)
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SAC) would be nice, as well as Very good Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of communication tools and methods (social media ) would be appreciated
• Knowledge of video editing tools
• Autonomous and accurate working style
• Very good communication skills in English
• Creativity, originality and initiative to let new ideas grow is of advantage

What we can offer you:

• As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)
• You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the internship
• A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week (a smaller number of hours can be arranged)
• The duration of the internship is 6 months. The start of the internship can be made several times a year. The earliest start date is asap. Please enter the desired period in your application.
