You will gain an insight into the following topics and areas of activities
Your contribution and development will focus on analysis and improvement of existing processes of Safety culture by:
Compile Global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Collect and consolidate occupational safety KPIs from various sources.
- Use Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating clear, visual presentations for Senior Management.
- Create dashboard in Excel showing trends in e.g. Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) and visualize it in PowerPoint charts.
- Support Global Standardization Projects:
- Assist in documentation and data structuring for occupational safety processes.
- Align templates and reports with internal guidelines and global standards, like Workplace
- Risk Assessments and Work Permits.
- Updated Occupational Health webpage tailored to key audiences: general workforce, leaders and OH professionals
Create Standardized communication materials and templates - Create Reusable checklists, training decks, one-pagers, and aligned webpage content
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a technical degree program (e.g., Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style.
- Interested in occupational safety and process optimization.
- English is a must, German and other languages a plus.
What we can offer you
- As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)
- You will be given 2.5 paid days off per full month of the internship
- A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week
The duration of the internship is 6 months. The earliest start date is currently in August 1, 2026. Please enter the desired period in your application.
