
Senior Compliance & Integrity Manager ABAC
The Position

Join our Global Compliance Risk Areas team as a Senior Compliance & Integrity Manager ABAC and take on a key role at the intersection of law, business, and innovation. As a trusted expert, you will advise senior stakeholders, act as escalation point for a global network, and drive modern, risk-based compliance approaches.
Lead global initiatives, simplify processes, and leverage data, analytics, and AI to strengthen sustainable business growth — while turning compliance expertise and excellence into real business impact.
This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 2 – 3 days per week on site.
This position is part time eligible with min. 80%.
Tasks & responsibilities
- As a trusted advisor, your subject matter expertise in ABAC related regulations and laws as well as your decision making will be invaluable. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a standardized global ABAC and compliance risk areas approach including our Conflict of Interest framework .
- You will collaborate closely with our Corporate C&I teams and other corporate functions as well as local Compliance & Integrity teams in the countries and regions. You will be pivotal in steering global collaboration and harmonization including by leading projects and ensuring that our initiatives are rolled out locally.
- Furthermore, you will advise on the framework, including giving guidance on mitigating measures- and plans and support in the continuous improvement of our communication concept and trainings as risk expert.
Requirements
- Preferably fully qualified and admitted lawyer or comparable qualification, with several years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or the industry, ideally in the pharmaceutical, life science, FMCG or chemical sector or (subject to long-term relevant experience) a Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in advising complex ABAC topics and related cases ideally with experience as a compliance SME, business partner or legal advisor.
- A track record in global and cross-border project management and process design skills is a plus.
- Being a strong communicator with excellent execution skills, as well as a sound AI proficiency and an entrepreneurial mindset, is a plus.
- Fluency in English and possibly German, both written and spoken.
