Senior Digital Manager

The Position

In this role, you will take the lead in delivering strategic digital products and solutions that drive the success of individual brands, franchises, and the pet business as a whole. By developing innovative marketing campaigns across vet and non-vet channels, you will create tailored strategies that strengthen the portfolio’s presence and impact. Collaborating across the pet business, you will play a key role in enabling digital transformation in marketing and promotion, while also providing guidance for the positioning of cutting-edge digital products and solutions.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Collaborating with key commercial stakeholders and digital product management you will identify customer needs and define how digital solutions/products can enhance the value proposition of our product portfolio.
  • You will craft and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and customer retention for digital products.
  • By creating value propositions, messaging frameworks, and marketing assets, you will ensure that your work resonates with target audiences
  • Collaborating with GSM product management teams, you will align product development with marketing efforts and secure cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • You will deliver performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to achieve measurable results.
  • Through establishing and managing Customer Advisory Boards, you will engage key stakeholders, including industry leaders, customers, and internal teams.
  • Together with cross-functional teams (e.g., GCB/GSM and others), you will create and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) plans to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related
  • Long term experience in digital product growth roles, with a proven track record of managing GTM strategies, advisory boards, and cross-functional alignment
  • Strong background in creating marketing strategies, positioning digital products, and driving adoption
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing GTM plans for digital products/initiatives with measurable business results
  • Proficiency in analyzing metrics, interpreting insights, and using data to inform marketing decisions
  • Proven track record managing relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders, with strong influence skills in a matrix environment
  • Exceptional ability to create compelling marketing narratives and communicate effectively to diverse audiences
