Working Student (m/f/x) GOVAP Global Oncology Pricing Analytics, Operations & Payer Excellence -fixed-term

The position:


The working student’s main mission is to support the Global Oncology Value, Access & Pricing (GOVAP) Global Oncology Pricing Analytics, Operations & Payer Excellence team in their projects related to the development of access capabilities and the access academy platform.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance of the Global Access Academy Platform for upskilling of the Access teams and onboarding of new team members.
  • Support with creating and reviewing training materials.
  • Schedule and organise trainings, acting as point of contact for enquiries and supporting individuals undertaking the training.
  • Provide administrative support for training sessions, including scheduling, logistics.
  • Offer hands-on support to participants during training sessions and with queries such as addressing technical issues and providing guidance as needed.
  • Provide pre- and post-training communication to participants, including instructional materials and follow-up resources.
  • Supports with the GOVAP Access Insider newsletter
  • Supports the GOVAP team with ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Will be reporting to the GOVAP Senior Manager Payer Excellence & Capabilities


Personal skills and professional experience:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) at a college/university
  • Studies in the field of business administration, Health Economics or related field
  • Demonstrated project management and training management skills and experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English (both in written as spoken); Knowledge of other languages considered an asset
  • Good interpersonal skills: Team-player with intercultural sensitivity
  • Good organisational skills, efficient way of working
  • Independent and goal oriented working approach
  • Great attention to detail/accuracy and focus on flawless execution
  • Open-minded and willing to learn and develop
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel,Power Point, Sharepoint etc.)
