Für unseren Standort München suchen wir ab sofort einen Werkstudent (m/w/d) ViiV Healthcare (Communications, Government Affairs, Market Access, Sales)

Wir suchen einen Werkstudent (m/w/d) für eine vielseitige Unterstützungsrolle im Tagesgeschäft mit Schwerpunkten in Communications, Government Affairs & Market Access (CGA&MA) sowie im Commercial-Bereich (Sales) .

Die Position bietet Dir einen breiten Einblick in unterschiedliche Unternehmensbereiche und die Möglichkeit, sowohl organisatorisch als auch inhaltlich mitzuwirken.

Deine Aufgaben:

Operative & inhaltliche Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der internen und externen Kommunikationsplanung und -umsetzung

• Recherchen zu gesundheits- und wirtschaftspolitischen Themen sowie zu Markt- und Versorgungsfragen

• Aufbereitung von Informationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für interne Stakeholder

• Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Bereich Government, Market Access und Kommunikation sowie im Sales Bereich

Administrative & organisatorische Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Teams bei der Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts (z. B. Termin- und Meetingkoordination, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen)

• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Verteilern, Übersichten, Projekt- und Stakeholderlisten

• Unterstützung bei internen Abstimmungs- und Freigabeprozessen

• Erstellung und Pflege von Präsentationen und Dokumenten (z. B. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Dein Profil:

• Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) und interessierst Dich für die Pharmaindustrie

• Du verfügst über routinierten Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen und bist digital affin

• Du hast im besten Fall Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

• Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation, kannst Teamarbeit auch im überwiegend virtuellen Arbeitsumfeld leben und bist bereit Dir auch pro-aktiv neue Herausforderungen jenseits von reinen Routinearbeiten zu suchen

• Du hast fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
