Within the Corporate Functions Finance Controlling department, you will participate in monitoring the financial performance of the Corporate Functions Division. It includes the review of the actual performance and the preparation of budget, forecast1, forecast2, year-end landing and Long Range Plan (5 years). In this role, you bring strong support to the team and act as a business partner to Corporate Functions leaders

The Corporate Support Functions scope consists in CEO, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Communication External Affairs & Sustainability, Business Development, Business Ethics, Strategy & Transformation, R&D Foundation, Holdings, Facility Management, Global Real Estate, Procurement and others

Responsabilities

Transversal activities

  • Manage the intercompany process (2 campaigns a year for Corporate Support Functions)

  • Support the team to maintain Finance master data (hierarchy, analytical structure…)

  • Animate the coordination of the performance for the verticalized functions (Finance, Procurement, HR)

Preparation and review of the month-end close reportings ( perimeter : Holding, Corporate Allocation, Facility Management)

  • Participate to monthly closing process activities in accordance with Group guidelines and calendars for specific perimeters: partner with the Accounting Shared Financial Services for the closing process (monitoring of PO receptions, manual accruals…)

  • Update monthly reporting, highlight and analyze variances Actual vs. Budget

  • Participate in monthly meetings aiming at presenting the financial results to the Business and the Group

  • Help the team to maintain Finance master data

Management of financial cycles ( perimeter : Holding, Corporate Allocation, Facility Management)

  • Contribute to the construction of numbers for all financial cycles (budget, forecast1, forecast2, year-end landing and Long Range Plan)

  • Participate in budget reviews with the business and provide financial support to the Budget-holders

  • Contribute to build the presentations for SVP Group Controller and Transformation and CFO

Projects

  • Be an active contributor of EPM project for Corporate Functions perimeter

Connaissances & Expériences (indispensables) :

  • Master Excel and PowerPoint,

  • Curiosity about understanding the business

  • With very good interpersonal skills, you will be comfortable in daily exchanges with different people / different functions,

  • Agile and proactive, you communicate with the team on your achievements or difficulties.

  • Very rigorous and concise, you will know how to compile information in different formats,

  • Reliable and responsive, you know how to meet deadlines and your commitments

Connaissances & Expérience (souhaitées) :

  • A first internship experience in the field of Finance controlling/Audit/Accounting is a must

Formation / Diplômes (indispensables) :

  • you are currently preparing a Master 2 degree in Finance and Management in a Business School or University
