Purpose of the role

You will play a crucial role in accelerating sales performance, market share gain and profitability within the CMF business.

What to expect:

· Strategic Planning : Developing and implementing business plans to achieve financial and operational goals for their unit.

· Team Leadership : Leading, motivating, and managing staff to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.

· Budget Management : Overseeing the unit's budget, ensuring that financial objectives are met, and making cost-effective decisions.

· Performance Monitoring : Evaluating key performance indicators and metrics to assess the unit's success and identify areas for improvement.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinating with other departments and ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.

· Market Analysis : Analysing market trends and competitors to enhance the unit's position and offerings.

· Strategic development and shaping : Working closely with marketing to develop the future strategy and vision for the business unit.

Who will you be working with:

Reporting into the UK TECAS lead you will work closely with the following people:

· Orthopaedic Surgeons

· Theatre Staff

· Sales team

· Marketing team

· Commercial team

· Medical Education

· Supply Chain/Logistics

Who are we looking for?

· Experienced sales and marketing leader with a track record of delivering results versus target in challenging business environments within the last three years

· Experience in healthcare industry, Orthopaedics markets preferred; demonstrated ability to understand the portfolio of products

· Leadership experience leading Sales & Marketing Organisations with continuous & proven track record of success

· Knowledge of the orthopaedic and medical device environment

· Extensive experience in the Health Care sector

· Strong organizational leadership with a track record engaging large teams effectively and ability to create a winning culture
