We are searching for the best talent for our Corporate Programs Specialist EMEA (m/f/d) role in Aachen (EMEA scope).

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project ownership of defined EMEA internal events and corporate programs
  • Operational coordination of J&J enterprise trainings and development programs
  • Management of multiple concurrent programs across regions and functions
  • Collaborate with events team to build centralized coordination hub for Aachen-based in-house events and EMEA engagement activities
  • Execution-focused role with responsibility for quality, consistency, and stakeholder experience

Program Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate annual planning, scheduling, and delivery of EMEA corporate programs
  • Translate strategic objectives into operational plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage high-volume, recurring, and ad-hoc programs in parallel
  • Ensure consistent execution standards and stakeholder alignment across all initiatives

Employee Engagement & Internal Events (EMEA)

  • Coordinate programs supporting:
    • Employee engagement and culture initiatives
    • Leadership and European Management Team meetings (onsite and offsite)
    • All Hands Meetings and EMEA-wide engagement forums
  • Support and coordinate VIP visits involving senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver recurring and flagship engagement events across the annual calendar

Who You Are

  • Exceptionally organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with patients, families, and internal teams.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders across geographies.
  • Understands or is willing to learn about compliance, data protection (GDPR) and administrative discipline in a healthcare/MedTech setting.
  • Proactive problem solver, adapts quickly, and maintains professionalism in fast-paced environments.

Training & Education Programs

  • Coordinate J&J enterprise training programs, including:
    • Leadership and professional development initiatives
    • Mandatory and compliance-related trainings
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and execution for training delivery (virtual, hybrid, on-site)

Communications, Administration & Continuous Improvement

  • Support corporate and commercial communication activities linked to programs
  • Manage program-related administration, documentation, and reporting
  • Support onboarding and rollout of new processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Contribute to concept development for new engagement and event formats

Complexity & Decision-Making

  • Manages multiple parallel programs with overlapping timelines
  • Operates independently within defined strategic and operational frameworks
  • Prioritizes execution activities across competing stakeholder needs
  • Escalates risks and dependencies as appropriate

Success Measures

  • Timely, high-quality execution of EMEA corporate programs
  • Positive stakeholder feedback across employees, leadership, and commercial partners
  • Smooth coordination of leadership and VIP engagements
  • Operational efficiency and reliability across recurring programs
  • Continuous improvement of execution processes and formats

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Healthcare Coordination, Communication, Social Sciences or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Background in Pharma and/or MedTech preferred
  • Prior experience in event coordination, office administration, or patient-facing role is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German: additional European languages desirable.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for trainings & events (circa 20%).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Strong communication and collaboration capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively across cultures and countries in EMEA

The anticipated base pay range for this position is € 51.200,00 to € 80.845,00.
