Position Summary

The Professional Education Manager France - Electrophysiology (EP) is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) education strategies and programs that support disease awareness, procedural excellence, clinical competency development, and adoption of innovative therapies and technologies.


The role ensure delivery of high-quality, customer-focused, and compliant educational experiences. The Professional Education Manager translates customer insights into impactful learning solutions while supporting both local and EMEA educational priorities. This role is accountable for educational planning, faculty engagement, grant-supported activities, budget management, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the annual Professional Education plan for France aligned with local business priorities and EMEA education strategy.

  • Serve as Project Lead for the Carto Expert Meeting.

  • Identify educational needs through customer insights, market trends, procedural data, and stakeholder feedback.

  • Contribute to the development of learning pathways that support physicians across different stages of expertise.

  • Support launch readiness and educational deployment for new technologies and therapies.

  • Promote French Centers of Excellence and educational capabilities across EMEA where appropriate.

  • Ensure consistent educational quality and learner experience across all offerings.

  • Apply adult learning principles and innovative educational methodologies to maximize engagement and impact.

  • Measure learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), faculty members, training centers, and scientific partners.

  • Identify and develop future faculty and emerging experts.

  • Coordinate faculty contracting and engagement activities.

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of educational events.

  • Partner with event management teams to ensure excellence in execution.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Electrophysiology experience is required.

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, healthcare, education, business, or a related discipline preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, professional education, medical affairs, marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience managing educational programs, training events, or HCP engagement activities.

  • Experience working with KOLs and healthcare institutions.

  • Knowledge of the French healthcare environment and relevant compliance requirements preferred.

  • Fluent in French and English.

  • Availability and willingness to travel required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€53.500,00 - €85.790,00
