Aufgabenbeschreibung:

• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Entwicklung von Prozessautomatisierungsprojekten im Bereich Operational Excellence & Governance
• Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung und dem Testing von Automatisierungslösungen – insbesondere mit der Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Archivierung und Nachverfolgung von Workflows in Power Automate
• Analyse operativer Abläufe durch Visualisierungen und Dokumentationen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams innerhalb und außerhalb zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen und Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse
• Teilnahme an Workshops und Meetings zur Identifizierung von Automatisierungspotenzialen

Profil:

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in einem relevanten Studiengang (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre)
• Interesse an Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
• Erste Erfahrungen mit der Microsoft Power Platform und/oder AI z.B. ChatGPT von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Interesse an Operational Excellence
• Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
