Job Description:

Lilly Alzey is seeking a highly skilled IT/PA Integration Specialist to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the integration of the site production lines control systems with the Lilly standard shop floor control architecture, ensuring a high degree of standardization at the equipment control system level.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement integration of site production lines control systems with Lilly's standard shop floor control architecture.
  • Ensure high degree of standardization at the equipment control system level.
  • Support the implementation of the Lilly "Digital Factory" project, which manages all manufacturing operations through automation control systems and electronic records data exchange.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

  • Provide support for the implementation of the Lilly "Digital Factory" project.
  • Ensure seamless integration and standardization of control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Basic Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge in automation and systems integration, specifically with Rockwell software suite (FTView, FTBatch, RSLogix, Pharmasuite).
  • Experience in implementing and managing automation control systems and electronic records data exchange.

Additional Skills/Preferences:

  • Knowledge of Lilly's standard shop floor control architecture, including Pharmasuite, GIF, GPM, GRG, and ILS.
