S2P Associate (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

P2P Duties

• Act as the main point of contact for complex invoice account assignments and service center inquiries
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration during financial closing activities
• Review and optimize key financial metrics
• Lead and support initiatives to improve P2P processes and efficiency
• Deliver training sessions on account assignment practices and accrual handling

Sourcing Duties

• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to identify sourcing opportunities and implement effective procurement strategies
• Manage sourcing and tendering processes via Ariba, ensuring compliance and timely execution
• Negotiate and draft supplier contracts; act as an escalation point for contract-related issues
• Maintain supplier master data and ensure adherence to procurement policies
• Provide commercial and strategic procurement advice to business stakeholders

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience, ideally in Accounting, as well as solid knowledge of HGB and/or US-GAAP, and tax regulations (e.g., VAT, payroll tax)
• Strong analytical, project management, and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail with a structured, efficient work approach in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in German and English; proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP S4-HANA (FI and MM)
