You will lead the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and play a key role in shaping strategic priorities, driving transformation, and enabling operational excellence. You will partner closely with site leadership to oversee the project portfolio, support effective decision-making, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives that create measurable business value.

What you will do:

• Lead the site PMO and oversee the strategic project portfolio

• Drive project prioritization and governance to align investments with business objectives

• Develop and maintain the Site Master Plan and strategic roadmaps.

• Ensure business continuity considerations are integrated into strategic planning activities

• Monitor portfolio performance, risks, resources, and project delivery outcomes.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the site

• Contribute as a member of the Site Leadership Team and coach project teams to achieve successful results

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

• Significant experience leading Project Management Office activities and project portfolios

• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract development and manufacturing environment

• Proven success leading complex cross-functional projects and programs

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

• Experience driving organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and German
