Within Life Science, the Regulatory Excellence & Strategy group is running cross-functional projects for the Hazard Communication & Chemical Regulation department. We exhibit a diverse and balanced team set-up from Project Managers to Program Leads, Quality Management Officers and Change and Communication Experts - all with the passion for Project Management, Digitalization, Process Improvement and Change Management. As Change & Communications Intern you will gain hands-on experience supporting our Transformation Hub sub-team in the execution of our Change and Communication strategy. You will be working at the intersection of Project Management, Change Management, employee engagement, and communication strategy on a wide range of tasks:
- Provide operational support for various Change & Communication activities all over the world.
- Develop , design and create engaging change formats and visually appealing support materials (e.g., slide decks, workshop materials, dialogue formats).
- Be creative and support the creation of internal communication content , including internal mailings, newsletters, and intranet articles.
- Help translate complex topics into clear and accessible messages tailored to different internal audiences.
- Contribute to planning and implementing employee engagement activities and internal events .
- Drive your own projects within the scope of the skills and abilities you already have (e.g., workshops, events, trainings).
- Support day-to-day administration tasks , including maintaining internal communication channels and tracking communication activities.
Who you are:
- University student with at least 3-4 semesters already successfully completed in: business administration or management, business psychology, communications, public relations, or similar.
- You already have initial experience through a previous internship or student role in communication, change management or project management support. Previous experience in management consulting would be highly appreciated; Change & Communication experience in the life science or healthcare environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools: Excellent PowerPoint and slide design skills are essential for this position. Further graphic design tools to create engaging materials are a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills are an absolute must: Ability to articulate complex information clearly in written materials and presentations is key.
- Strong attention to detail , ensuring that all materials are accurate and align with the business requirements.
- A structured, independent working style , able to prioritize multiple tasks, and drive topics forward.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a complex, multi-cultural environment.
- Fluent in German and English , both written and verbal.
- You are eligible to work in Germany. Please note: This position requires working onsite in Darmstadt.
