Working Student (m/f/d) CX Metrics

Job Description

We are currently looking for a working student (m/f/d) to join our Customer Experience department in Munich – starting immediately for a minimum of 6 to 12 months.

Your tasks

• Supporting the team with Customer Experience Measurement related tasks.

• Working on data analysis, dashboard creation and technical troubleshooting to create a solid basis for successful insights creation.

• Collecting requirements from internal stakeholders to guarantee high quality CX Measurement for the German market.

• Bringing local and global technology standard and measurement practices together.

• Supporting colleagues on tools, tagging, technical set-up and documentation.

Your profile

• You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in software development, data/ analytics or communications.

• You have a basic understanding of software development, analytics and/ or measurement.

• You have strong interest in learning new technical skills and helping team to grow in that area.

• You are open to feedback and work independently, structured, and conscientiously.

• You have very good English skills.

• You enjoy working in agile, cross-functional teams and like contributing to end-to-end product workflows.
