We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Lead ALPS

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As Brand Lead ALPS, you are responsible for maximizing the value and performance of assigned Rx brands across the ALPS markets, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution while integrating the priorities and requirements of the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) .

You will lead brand strategy, drive commercial growth and foster innovation across marketing and sales channels.
Your role is to ensure excellent brand execution at the local level by activating impactful multichannel customer engagement strategies, adapted from global direction and tailored to local market needs and dynamics.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams to optimize brand performance and deliver measurable value to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.

SCOPE

• Own and manage a single brand and one small brand
• Operating in a multi-country environment (Austria & Switzerland) and manage synergy projects in the DACH region
• Responsible for local brand budget as agreed with Head Marketing DACH
