The Position
The Internal Value Chain for Digital Solutions is acting as a linking pin across the organization to support lifecycle teams and affiliates with the commercialization of digital solutions. The goal is to deliver integrated, efficient and compliant operational processes & services for all digital solutions across Roche.
The Opportunity
This position is part of the IVC Deployment & Support Chapter and responsible for managing affiliate deployments for S2RDP (Subscribe-to-Retire Digital Products) as part of the ASPIRE Dia Deployment Project.
The focus lies on managing the deployment of S2RDP related processes and solutions to Dia affiliates. This includes managing core activities across all project phases, like fit-to-template, testing/training, cutover, hypercare.
Next to expert knowledge of the end-to-end processes and solutions, key for success is the close integration into the overall ASPIRE Dia Deployment Project and efficient collaboration with stakeholders from the project, other streams and affiliates.

Lead and manage ASPIRE Dia and S2RDP solution deployments across designated affiliates and regions, ensuring seamless integration and representing S2RDP within the deployment organization.

Facilitate and run fit-to-template workshops to identify and resolve gaps by collaborating with template and localization teams, and prioritizing implementation based on criticality.

Oversee and execute comprehensive testing, training, and support activities throughout the deployment lifecycle, including test strategy coordination, defect resolution, user training, and hypercare support.

Coordinate critical technical activities like data migration, cutover, configuration, and localization in close collaboration with IT deployment partners.

Drive standardized deployments and continuous improvement initiatives by developing standardized task lists, optimizing processes, and collaborating with other deployment teams.

Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of deployments to affiliates by tracking progress, managing risks, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Manage the regional S2RDP deployment team and facilitate effective communication among global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of end-to-end digital business scenarios.
Who you are

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years in deployments, business process management, project management, or consulting, ideally in global or multi-affiliate projects and international environments.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP/Salesforce systems and related business processes, plus expert knowledge in SMP (Software Monetization Platform) and the digital business at Roche.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, including workshop facilitation, and familiarity with project management methodologies.

Work Environment: Regular on-site office work with occasional international travel.
