The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for the identification, evaluation and development of innovative strategic partnerships in the German healthcare sector to improve the vaccination infrastructure in Germany. The role combines advanced x-sectoral network engagement, partnership concept design and operational partnership management.

Main responsibilities:
Building New Partnerships & Ecosystems:

Continuously monitor healthcare industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative business models to identify external opportunities with the potential to step-change Vaccination Rate (VCR).

Identify, assess, and secure strategic partners aligned with our value creation priorities, strategic fit, and cultural compatibility.

Co-design compelling, win-win partnership concepts, success metrics, and governance frameworks to ensure sustainable, mutual value delivery.

Represent Sanofi at key industry forums and networking events to enhance visibility and strengthen our position as a preferred partner for VCR initiatives.

Manage internal and external stakeholders by ensuring strong strategic alignment, effective communication, and transparent decisionmaking across the partnership lifecycle.
Own the end-to-End implementation of Partnerships:

Lead crossfunctional project teams and oversee the partner relationship from initiation through execution and value delivery.

Define clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, and measurable KPIs to ensure accountability and track progress.

Drive the strategic agenda by challenging assumptions, making timely decisions, and ensuring forward momentum.

Continuously refine the project approach as new insights emerge, ensuring agility and optimal outcomes.

Consolidate key learnings and insights, propose next steps, and provide actionable recommendations for scaling or adapting initiatives.

Identify synergies across GBUs and key markets, and systematically share learnings to strengthen organizational capability.
Operational Project Coordination:

Streamline and continuously improve the partner onboarding process to deliver a best-in-class partnership experience.

Ensure timely and compliant onboarding of new partners, incl. contracting, purchase orders, risk assessments, pharmacovigilance requirements, and other compliance steps.

Manage project budgets within scope, ensuring financial discipline and transparency.

Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation on SharePoint and other relevant systems.

Education and professional experience:

Master's degree in Life Science, Business Administration, HealthTech or comparable field

Several years of professional experience in Strategy & Transformation, Strategic Marketing or comparable roles in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or in HealthTech Startups

Proven experience leading crossfunctional teams and managing complex, multistakeholder initiatives.

Established network in the German Healthcare Innovation ecosystem is a plus

Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence without direct authority

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical / Vaccines value chain, innovation ecosystems, and emerging healthcare technologies

Languages: Fluent English and German skills (written and verbal)
