Technical Support Engineer (x|f|m)
The team consists of eleven employees and is looking forward to shaping the future with you.
The job is to be filled full-time and will take place remotely on a daily basis as well as on site in Guxhagen.
Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical advice regarding the application possibilities and expandability of the SCADA system Biobrain® Supervise
- Advise and support service employees on a global level regarding the SCADA system in the event of technical problems
- Support the development departments through product release processes
- Close cooperation with the Quality and Development departments rounds off your range of tasks
What Will Convince Us
- Successfully completed vocational training with a focus on electrical engineering and relevant professional experience, alternatively a qualification as a technician|Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with a similar professional focus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems 10|11 and MS Server 2022 & 2025 is required
- Confident in the use of computer hardware and software
- Network and IT administrator skills are desirable
- Process understanding of complex automation systems
- Experience in the pharmaceutical | biotechnology environment are desirable
- Strong communication skills and work at a high-level Service- and solution-oriented
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Flexibility for travel in EMEA for up to 20%
