Traffic Manager
Description

In this role, you will optimise the flow of work and communication within our organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of various projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and in alignment with our business objectives. You will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate across different teams.
You will:
- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate communication between various departments, ensuring a smooth exchange of information and resources.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, management, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.

- Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a project management framework.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in traffic/resource management
- Background in training, background in life sciences/pharma/biotech industry
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or Trello
