UCB sucht eine/n

Patient Solution Lead Immunology

Monheim am Rhein, Germany

Make your mark for patients

Patient Solution Lead Immunology (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Patient Solution Lead Immunology (m/f/d)  who is bold, driven, and independent to join us in our Patient Engagement & Solutions team, based in Monheim Germany.

About the role

At UCB, we put patients at the heart of everything we do. As Patient Solution Lead Immunology, you will shape and deliver all activities and solutions (initiatives, materials, and programs) that empower patients and strengthen their voice in the healthcare system. You will work directly with patients and patient organizations, building strong partnerships to ensure that their needs drive our solutions. This is a chance to leave your mark, take ownership of a therapeutic area, and help build a young team that reflects UCB´s ambition to make an impact for patients. If you´re bold, driven and working independently is in your genes, this is the role for you. We are looking for a visionary doer with the horsepower to make things happen.

Who you’ll work with

You will join UCB’s Patient Engagement & Solutions Team in Germany, collaborating closely with colleagues from Medical, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Public Affairs as well as your peers for different therapeutic areas in the team. The team is new, vocal and collaborative – a place where ideas are actively discussed, challenged, and refined – not just signed off, and where executional excellence matters just as much as strategy. You will also partner with patients, patient organizations, and external stakeholders, bringing their perspectives into everything you design and deliver.

What you’ll do

  • Lead all activities and patient solutions (initiatives, materials, and programs) in Immunology, from concept to execution, with full accountability for your area.

  • Work directly with patients and patient organizations, building strong relationships and co-creating impactful initiatives.

  • Balance strategic vision and operational detail to deliver solutions that work in practice.

  • Take initiative, explore new approaches, and bring bold ideas into action – even when the path is not yet clear.

  • Drive projects across the portfolio, ensuring they are well-planned, well-executed, and compliant.

  • Contribute pro-actively shaping how our new team grows and works, while focusing on measurable patient impact.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills

  • University degree in life sciences; Master or higher

  • Around 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally with exposure to the area of patient affairs

  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver in complex environments.

  • Experience with portfolio management or multi-initiative prioritization.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills.

  • A proactive, bold personality with drive, initiative, and resilience.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Willingness to work regularly onsite in Monheim as part of a hybrid model
