We are looking for an PsO Lead Intercontinental who is Collaborative, Curious, and Care-focused to join our Intercontinental Immunology team, based at our UCB offices in Brussels, Belgium.

About the role

You will shape the commercial strategy for psoriasis across Intercontinental markets, connecting scientific understanding with meaningful human needs. You are going to translate global direction, customer insights, and healthcare trends into regional priorities that enable sustainable growth and broader patient impact. Through curiosity and thoughtful decision-making, you will help strengthen patient-focused approaches, support local market success, and identify new opportunities for the Immunology portfolio.

Who you will work with

You will join the Intercontinental Immunology team and collaborate with country, global, and regional colleagues. You are going to partner across commercial, medical, market access, learning, evidence generation, and customer engagement disciplines. Together, you will foster trusted relationships, share insights, and create coordinated approaches. What you will do

• Shaping regional psoriasis strategy, priorities, measures, and sustainable growth ambitions.
• Translate global direction into coordinated regional and country execution.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across commercial, medical, access, and evidence teams.
• Enable country teams through trusted partnership, guidance, tools, and shared learning.
• Identifying market opportunities using customer, scientific, competitive, and healthcare insights.
• Cultivate a connected psoriasis community and scale successful practices regionally.

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

• Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related discipline.
• Ten years’ commercial, marketing, or business experience within pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
• Experience creating regional strategies across specialty care or biological medicines.
• Immunology or dermatology experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and enable collaboration without direct authority.
• Strong commercial, financial, communication, customer insight, and digital engagement capabilities.
