Real World Evidence Lead Germany (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Real World Evidence Lead Germany / Epidemiologist (m/f/d ) who is collaborative, analytical, and proactive to join our Market Access & Public Affairs team, based in Monheim, Germany.

About the role

You will play a key role in enabling patient access to UCB therapies in Germany by planning and delivering real-world evidence (RWE) that addresses critical data gaps, especially in the context of AMNOG procedures and price negotiations. Your expertise will help shape strategies that improve patient care and support UCB’s long-term goals.

Who you’ll work with

You will be part of a dynamic team, partnering with internal stakeholders across medical, commercial, and access functions at national, EU, and global levels. You’ll also collaborate closely with external partners, including policy makers, payers, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify RWE needs and opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver RWE projects to support HTA processes, price negotiations, and address data gaps.
  • Collaborate with local teams to co-create RWE initiatives aligned with medical and commercial strategies.
  • Communicate real-world evidence to key stakeholders, including policy makers and payers.
  • Provide training and guidance on RWE for internal colleagues.
  • Manage relationships with investigators and third-party vendors for RWE generation.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field; PhD is desirable.
  • Demonstrated methodological strength and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the German healthcare system and payer landscape.
  • Experience in medical, scientific, or therapeutic areas.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Integrity, reliability, and self-motivation.
  • Business professional proficiency in German and English.
