Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Osteoporosis

for the territory Stuttgart – Freiburg – Karlsruhe – Konstanz

About the Role

As a Sales Rep (m/f/d) for Osteoporosis, you will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining customer relationships in your region, with a strong focus on discussing our innovative therapies in orthopedics and rheumatology.

Who You Will Work With & What You Will Do

You will have overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of sales in your territory, working closely with colleagues from Sales, Market Access, and Medical.

What does this mean in practice?

  • You independently manage selected physician customers in line with the Omnichannel Cycle Plan (OCCP) and conduct sales discussions
  • You are responsible for providing scientific and product information regarding the use, effects, benefits, risks, and ingredients of the products, primarily to orthopedists and rheumatologists
  • You answer initial general customer inquiries in compliance with the product label
  • You identify new customers and regularly adapt the target group
  • You plan and conduct compliance-compliant events, including responsibility for territory-related budgets
  • You carry out monthly analyses of territory development and derive appropriate actions

Interested? For this position, we are looking for the following qualifications, experience, and skills

  • Certified pharmaceutical sales representative or a scientific/commercial qualification or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales, preferably in osteoporosis
  • Proven communication and sales skills
  • Experience in independently organizing and conducting medical events
  • Fluent in German, English at basic level
  • Willingness to travel and permanent residence within the territory
