We are looking for a Sales Representative for Rheumatology South Germany (Aschaffenburg, Würzburg, Nürnberg, Regensburg, Ingolstadt, Weiden) ( m/f/d) who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and building strong, trustbased‑ relationships with healthcare professionals.

About the role
As a Sales Representative for Rheumatology, you will bring value to patients with UCB’s therapeutic options in your assigned territory by building strong collaborative relationships with HCPs, while implementing optimal omnichannel solutions. In this field-based role, you will collaborate with the wider commercial organization to develop and execute commercial strategies. You are responsible for translating and executing the commercial plan in your area.

What you will do

  • Serve as the main contact for healthcare professionals in your accounts, including physicians, nurses, and select pharmacists.
  • Build lasting partnerships in the Rheumatology ecosystem, prioritizing patient value and sustainable collaboration.
  • Share UCB’s Rheumatology treatments scientifically and compliantly, adapted to each stakeholder using an omnichannel approach.
  • Create and refine engagement and communication plans for stakeholders.
  • Assess regional and account insights to find ways to improve patient care.
  • Turn insights into actionable plans, balancing immediate and future goals.
  • Report accurately and uphold compliance and ethical standards.

Who you will work with
You will be primarily responsible for the strategic and operational development of sales in your territory by visiting all relevant stakeholders in the field of rheumatology, working hand in hand with colleagues from Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences or certified pharmaceutical representative
  • Pharma industry or stakeholder-facing scientific/medical experience
  • Solid grasp of medical, scientific, and therapeutic concepts (immunology/rheumatology preferred)
  • Strong account management and relationship skills
  • Able to communicate scientific data in patient-centered discussions
  • Experience or keen interest in digital and omnichannel engagement
  • Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent German, good English
  • Open to field-based work within assigned region
