Strategic Pricing Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Pricing Manager who is strategic, analytical ,and collaborative to join our Payer & HTA team, supporting primarily UCB’s Immunology portfolio, based in Brussels, Belgium; Slough, UK; or Monheim, Germany.

About the Role

As Strategic Pricing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing UCB’s long‑term pricing vision for key in‑market and peri‑launch assets. Working within the Payers & HTA organisation, you will develop strategic pricing guidance across the asset lifecycle that support sustainable growth, optimise patient access, and respond to evolving global payer and market dynamics.
This role combines strategic pricing governance, advanced market and economic analysis, and close cross‑functional collaboration to ensure pricing decisions are robust, data‑driven, and aligned with UCB’s long‑term portfolio ambition.

In this role, you will operate at the center of a highly cross‑functional and globally connected network, collaborating closely with teams that shape UCB’s access, pricing, and long‑term value strategy. While engaging with global and regional asset and access functions you will be part of the broader Pricing and LRF communities to share best practices and drive consistency across UCB

What You’ll Do

  • Define and maintain strategic pricing guidance for key Immunology assets across their full lifecycle.
  • Develop pricing models, benchmarks, and scenario analyses to inform asset‑level pricing strategies.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and payer dynamics to support evidence‑based pricing decisions.
  • Lead pricing research activities including analog assessments, affordability analyses, elasticity modelling, and benchmarking.
  • Prepare and present pricing recommendations to cross‑functional and senior stakeholder forums.
  • Contribute pricing assumptions to long‑range forecasts and ensure consistent governance of pricing data.
  • Partner with HTA, payer, RWE, and asset teams to align pricing strategies with access and value frameworks.
  • Support best‑practice sharing and continuous improvement across pricing communities and teams.
  • Steer vendor engagement and contribute to innovative pricing tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and transparency of pricing data supporting business cases and decision‑making.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for:

  • 5 years +experience in global or regional pricing and market access roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing strategy research, modelling, and policy development.
  • Ability to communicate complex pricing concepts clearly to non‑pricing stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in global matrix organisations.
  • Solid understanding of international payer and HTA environments (EU, IM, and/or US).
