Your new role

As Director, Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you will define and drive Lundbeck's global Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring we can attract and recruit the talent and capabilities our business needs. You will own our global Attraction and Recruitment journeys, combining a strong external talent-market perspective with a focus on simple, high-quality and effective recruitment practices across Lundbeck.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• defining and delivering Lundbeck's Global Talent Acquisition strategy, setting priorities for people, processes and technology
• shaping our Attraction journey, including our Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand, to engage the talent audiences and capabilities most important to Lundbeck's future
• turning workforce priorities into proactive talent mapping, strategic sourcing and pipelines
• owning and continuously improving the global end-to-end Recruitment journey, policy and governance

In your role, you will lead and develop the Global TA team and shape how recruitment services and capabilities are delivered across global, regional and local teams. You will provide functional leadership across Lundbeck's broader TA community, working with senior business and P&C leaders to build alignment, strengthen capability and turn priorities into practical improvements.

Your future team

You will report directly to the VP, Global Talent and be part of the Global Talent Leadership team.

Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, you will join a global People & Culture (P&C) community focused on making a difference to patients through people. You will lead the Global Talent Acquisition team and guide a connected TA community across Lundbeck, with the opportunity to shape how we work and deliver for the business.

What you bring to the team

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who brings the following with you:

• Significant senior-level Talent Acquisition experience in a complex, international or global organization, including leading and developing teams across a matrixed environment.
• Broad expertise across recruitment, attraction and employer brand, strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, and senior or executive hiring.
• Proven ability to translate business and workforce priorities into focused external talent strategies, proactive sourcing approaches and talent pipelines.
• Experience designing or substantially improving end-to-end recruitment processes, selection practices, governance and ways of working, with a sound understanding of compliance and data privacy.
• Experience using recruitment data and insights to drive performance improvements and working with recruitment technology, digital tools and external partners.
• Strong ability to partner with senior business and P&C leaders, influence across functions and regions, and lead meaningful change.
• A bachelor's degree; a master's degree or other advanced qualification in HR, Business or a related field is an advantage.

Annual Base Salary Range: 910 000 - 1 251 800 DKK gross.

At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
