YOUR ROLE: In your role as Director GES Procurement Transformation (all genders), you lead the design, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of an enterprise source-to-pay agentic automation portfolio. You translate procurement and finance priorities into a practical roadmap of AI-enabled capabilities, coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams, and ensure that solutions deliver measurable value while meeting security, compliance, risk, data, and control requirements.
You act as the accountable business product leader for source-to-pay agentic automation, connecting procurement, finance, business functions, technology, data and AI, legal, risk, compliance, and external partners.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Business, Finance, Change Management, IT or a related field
- At least ten years of change or project management experience on complex, global technology or process transformation programmes
- Proven success leading stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption across countries or business units; able to influence senior leaders in a matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of structured change methods, impact assessment, learning, communications, organizational readiness, governance and risk management
- Procurement and Accounts Payable transformation experience is preferred, including invoice processing, automation, cloud or ERP implementations; Procurement Digitalization, Tail spend automation
- Experience implementing cloud enterprise solutions and working with implementation partners, process owners and IT teams
- Excellent facilitation, writing, presentation and training skills for diverse global audiences
- Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to measure readiness, adoption and benefits; collaborative, adaptable and effective across cultures and time zones
