YOUR ROLE:
As a Digital Procurement Transformation Expert (all genders) your lead one or more critical workstreams within a source-to-pay agentic automation program, acting as the senior procurement process and digital-transformation subject-matter expert. You assess current-state processes, define the target operating model, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, translate requirements into automation-ready designs, and guide implementation through adoption and stabilization.
In your role you connect procurement, finance, business users, technology, data and AI, controls, risk, and implementation partners. It ensures that agentic automation solves the right process problems, fits the end-to-end source-to-pay landscape, and is introduced with appropriate human accountability, controls, and measurable benefits.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Business, Finance, Change Management, IT or a related fiel
- At least five years of change or project management experience on complex, global technology or process transformation programmes
- Proven experience managing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption across countries or business units; able to influence senior leaders in a matrix organization
- Good knowledge of structured change methods, impact assessment, learning, communications, organizational readiness, governance and risk management
- Procurement and Accounts Payable transformation experience is preferred, including invoice processing, automation, cloud or ERP implementations; Procurement Digitalization, Tail spend automation
- Experience implementing cloud enterprise solutions and working with implementation partners, process owners and IT teams
- Excellent facilitation, writing, presentation and training skills for diverse global audiences
- Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to measure readiness, adoption and benefits; collaborative, adaptable and effective across cultures and time zones
