Your Role

At the intersection of technology and business impact, you will shape how IT solutions are designed, governed, and delivered across a global science and technology company. In this pivotal role, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and end-to-end IT solution designs spanning Application, Infrastructure, and ERP domains. You will serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that every solution aligns with enterprise architecture standards, regulatory requirements, and delivers measurable business value. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party partners, you will govern design quality, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement — making a tangible difference to how technology enables the organization to move forward.

Who You Are

• You bring 8 or more years of experience in IT solution design, with hands-on exposure across multiple technology domains including Application, Infrastructure, and ERP.
• You hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience.
• You have strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, and are familiar with architecture and design frameworks.
• You are familiar with industry standards and regulations for IT/OT integration, including Industry 4.0 frameworks.
• You apply systems thinking to translate business needs into actionable, practical IT designs, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
• Knowledge of application technology and ERP systems is an advantage.
• You demonstrate AI literacy: an understanding of how artificial intelligence technologies work, their practical applications and limitations, and the ethical considerations around bias, fairness, privacy, and governance — enabling you to critically assess AI tools and make informed, responsible decisions in your role.
