Company Description

At Sobi, the work we do every day redefines the standards of care and transform the lives of people living with rare diseases.

We are committed to an inclusive, sustainable and flexible workplace that fosters growth and development.

Job Description

As a E2E Supply Planning Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply planning of a product portfolio (DS-DP-FG), acting as a recognized subject matter expert within Global E2E Supply Planning. Accountable for independently balancing supply, demand, inventory, capacity, business integration, technology transfer activities, working capital governance, and business risk to ensure long-term supply continuity and optimal business performance. Expected to drive advanced and complex planning process improvement, innovation in partnering with suppliers and systems, scenario-based decision making, working capital initiatives, and cross-functional alignment, while influencing internal and external stakeholders at an operational, tactical and strategic planning level.

Based at our Stockholm headquarters or global hub in Basel, you will join the End to End Supply team and report to the Head of E2E Supply Planning. We offer a hybrid working model that combines collaboration and flexibility.

What you will do

  • Create and own balanced end-to-end supply plans across finished goods, drug product and drug substance for both commercial and clinical demand.
  • Translate market demand into capacity and supply requirements, identifying scenarios, risks and practical solutions when supply and demand cannot be fully balanced.
  • Lead volume, inventory and long-range planning for your portfolio, including forecasts, budgets, safety-stock assessments and scenario planning.
  • Manage replenishment and inventory performance across assigned products and markets, with a strong focus on service levels, stock targets, cost accuracy, waste and delivery performance.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs and inventory development, taking early action and building mitigation plans for potential shortages, out-of-stock situations or other deviations.
  • Play an active role in Product Teams and the monthly S&OP process, leading supply-related discussions and helping deliver a balanced, executable plan.
  • Partner closely with Finance and other functions to ensure accurate and timely reporting of supply chain costs, transactions, inventory reconciliation and scrapping.
  • Support product lifecycle and insurance-baseline planning while maintaining accurate and reliable master data in IFS.
  • Continuously improve supply planning processes, ways of working and team performance.

Qualifications

You are an analytical and business-minded supply chain professional who enjoys turning complexity into clear priorities and practical plans. You build trust easily, communicate with confidence and work well across functions, bringing people together around shared goals. With an agile mindset and a proactive approach, you are comfortable making informed decisions in a fast-moving international environment.

What you bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent post-secondary education.
  • Relevant supply chain certification, such as APICS in inventory or supply management, is an advantage.
  • Experience in supply planning, inventory management or a similar end-to-end supply chain role.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or production planning and control is an advantage.

At Sobi, we live by our core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership. They guide how we work together, how we make decisions and how we stay focused on what matters most.
