About the Role

At Haleon, Digital & Technology plays a critical role in enabling our business to operate securely, efficiently and at global scale. As part of our ongoing Digital & Technology transformation, we are strengthening our enterprise process ownership capabilities through the appointment of a Digital & Tech Solution Manager Cash to Tax .

This is a highly visible global role responsible for ensuring Haleon's technology platforms enable enterprise tax processes to be designed, governed and operated in a consistent, scalable and future-ready way. Acting as the technology owner for the Cash to Tax process landscape, you will drive functional design, delivery, service excellence and continuous improvement across all functions and markets.

Sitting at the centre of Haleon's transformation agenda, you will help evolve legacy and fragmented processes into integrated, standardised and digitally enabled ways of working that unlock capacity, support compliance and operational excellence, and drive long-term business growth.

As a trusted enterprise-wide technology leader, you will collaborate with Business Process Owners, Finance, Tax, Digital & Technology teams and external partners to ensure technology decisions are made in the best interests of the organisation as a whole. You will champion Haleon's Technology Principles, promoting adoption of market-standard capabilities, minimising unnecessary customisation and accelerating speed to value.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced SAP Tax and Finance professional who combines strong functional expertise with enterprise process leadership and enjoys operating within complex global transformation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global Cash to Tax functional solution, technical standards, governance framework and operational model.
• Define and maintain global solution blueprints, decision rights, IT controls and supporting documentation.
• Drive standardisation and harmonisation of tax-related ERP solutions across markets and business units.
• Ensure compliance with e-Invoicing, digital tax reporting, SAF-T and other local statutory requirements.
• Develop tax governance standards, testing strategies and compliance controls.

• Provide subject matter expertise throughout all phases of enterprise transformation programmes, including design, build, testing, deployment and sustainment.
• Oversee tax localisation requirements while maintaining alignment to global design principles.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Deliver SAP Finance and Tax solutions within complex global organisations.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC functional expertise across tax processes and solutions.
• Deep understanding of indirect taxes including VAT, GST and Sales Tax determination.
• The ability to translate tax legislation and regulatory requirements into ERP solution design.
• Expertise in global tax processes, controls and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of tax engines such as Vertex, Avalara, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Meridian or similar platforms.

Desirable

• Experience leading tax solution design within global SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Understanding of broader Finance and Enterprise Process landscapes.
• Experience within Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences or similarly regulated industries.
