Clinical Research Associate I (CRA I) — Sponsor-dedicated, Paris

As a CRA I at ICON, you will join a team dedicated to a single global pharmaceutical sponsor, based in Paris. Working across Phase I to III trials in neurology, dermatology, oncology and rare diseases, you will contribute to our clinical trial operations function and help deliver high-quality outcomes across the sponsor's programmes.

What you will do

• Your role centres on delivering clinical trial monitoring to a high standard, working closely with your team, the sponsor and study sites. Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating the set-up and monitoring of studies independently, producing accurate study status reports and maintaining study documentation.
• Resolving sponsor-generated queries efficiently and supporting study cost-efficiency, including contributing to the preparation and review of study documentation and feasibility assessments for new proposals.
• Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, clinical investigators and site staff.
• Safeguarding patient safety by ensuring compliance with ICON's procedures, protocols and regulatory requirements.

Your profile

• You will bring relevant clinical trial monitoring experience (6-12 months within a CRO) along with:
• A university degree in medicine, life sciences, pharmacy or a related field.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and the ability to review and evaluate medical data.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to handle queries promptly and professionally.
• Willingness to travel 8 times per month.
