As a Medical Affairs Coordinator at ICON, you will provide essential administrative support to our medical affairs department, facilitating the smooth execution of medical activities and initiatives.


What You Will Do:

You will contribute to medical affairs activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the coordination of medical affairs activities, including meetings, conferences, and educational events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, records, and databases related to medical affairs projects and initiatives.
  • Support the preparation and dissemination of scientific materials, presentations, and publications.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective information exchange.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of medical affairs processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance.Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or business administration.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant medical affairs experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in a scientific or medical discipline
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach to handling inquiries and requests
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems or databases is desirable
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 9%)
