We're seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our dynamic People Services (PS) team in Belgium. You’ll get the chance to be part of the backbone of our People function, working in close harmony with our PS hub in Budapest to deliver seamless, people-centric services throughout the employee lifecycle.
Main responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and on-time monthly payroll in compliance with local legislation and company policies
- Be a trusted partner for our employees and stakeholders (mainly via our service platform)
- Shape the employee journey from onboarding to retirement
- Pioneer process improvements and automation
- Drive local and global projects that make a difference
Who you are
- A seasoned payroll officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Hold a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- IT-literate especially with Excel (Workday and eBlox experience is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Dutch

The salary range for this position is :€52 000,00 - €69 333
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
