We are looking for a Head of Safety Partnering to define and lead our global pharmacovigilance partnering strategy across a diverse commercial portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of how we collaborate, ensuring that strong partnerships translate into safe, compliant and impactful outcomes for patients worldwide.

From due diligence to partnership governance, your work will ensure that collaboration delivers both compliance and value.

What you will do

You will lead the design and execution of Ipsen’s PV partnering strategy across global and local partners, embedding clear governance, strong oversight and consistent standards.

You will:

• Define and deliver the global safety partnering strategy across commercial partnerships
• Lead cross functional alignment with Global Patient Safety, Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial and Alliance teams
• Ensure robust governance and oversight of Pharmacovigilance Agreements and partner performance
• Drive compliance, inspection readiness and continuous improvement of partnering models and processes
• Act as a senior expert in due diligence, negotiations and partnership lifecycle management
• Build and develop a high performing safety partnering team

Who you are

You are a strategic and collaborative leader who brings deep pharmacovigilance expertise and a strong track record of influencing across complex global organisations.

You will bring:

• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven expertise in PV agreements and global partnering environments
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities
• Solid understanding of global PV regulations and inspection readiness
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to drive change and alignment across functions
