Job Purpose

Use your scientific expertise to build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and experts, deliver high-quality medical insights, and support research and strategy to identify opportunities that advance clinical practice and improve patient outcomes. This is a collaborative, hands-on Medical Affairs role.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external experts to drive scientific exchange and improve patient care
  • Act as a trusted scientific expert, providing accurate, non-promotional medical information to healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to and shape medical strategy through field insights and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support and deliver key medical activities, including advisory boards, clinical studies, and medical education initiatives
  • Stay at the forefront of science, sharing knowledge internally and externally to enhance understanding and impact
  • Creation of medical materials (e.g. literature reviews, medical letters, slide kits etc.) and review/approval of medical and promotional materials

Qualifications

Position Requirements

  • Strong scientific background mandatory (medical, pharmacy or life sciences – Master’s level or above)
  • Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in Medical Affairs within oncology / haematology
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international, collaborative environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, combined with excellent collaboration skills
  • Digitally savvy, with experience in omnichannel engagement (e.g. webinars, virtual tools)
  • Solid understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and compliance
  • Hybrid role with regular field travel and some international exposure
  • English fluent
