This role is ideal for an experienced Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, Job Architecture or Organizational Consulting professional who enjoys solving complex organizational challenges through structured analysis, stakeholder engagement and practical solutions.

Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities

• Shape and continuously evolve Sartorius’ global job architecture, career frameworks and role standards to support workforce mobility and organizational consistency
• Analyze organizational interfaces, decision accountabilities and ways of working to strengthen collaboration and accelerate the delivery of critical business processes
• Apply job evaluation methodologies and conduct role assessments to support consistent and informed organizational investment decisions
• Enhance organizational development methodologies, governance principles and implementation approaches by integrating best practices and continuous improvement principles
• Assess organizational changes and organization design proposals through structured diagnostics and impact analyses to support sustainable and effective implementation

What Will Convince Us

• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Several years of experience in Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, Organizational Consulting or a related field within complex organizations
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to translate complex organizational challenges into pragmatic and sustainable solutions
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix environment
• Fluent English skills
