As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle—from vision and strategy to execution and delivery.

You will champion user needs while aligning with business goals, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your focus will be on strategic leadership, stakeholder alignment, agile delivery, and continuous product innovation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence both what we build and how we build it.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• You define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across its entire lifecycle
• You engage stakeholders to understand needs and ensure your product delivers measurable value
• You translate business goals into user stories, plan agile iterations, and lead backlog prioritization
• You drive product discovery, leveraging user insights and Design Thinking to shape solutions
• You oversee progress against 90-day goals, managing budget and product performance metrics
• You balance competing inputs and make informed trade-offs to keep delivery aligned with outcomes
• You ensure product compliance, availability, and stability in collaboration with key functions
• You foster strong collaboration across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams

• You are confident leading cross-functional teams through agile practices and iterative development
• You have deep experience with user research, backlog grooming, and prioritization
