Healthcare Relations Manager für die Regionen Berlin, Brandenburg & Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (all genders).

Du interessiert dich für den regionalen Market Access und hast Freude daran die externe, gesundheitspolitische Brille aufzusetzen? Wir suchen Verstärkung als Healthcare Relations Manager*in für die Regionen Berlin, Brandenburg und Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung!

Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung des bestmöglichen regionalen Marktzugangs für die GSK-Produkte im Bereich Specialty, Onkologie und Impfstoffe
  • Aufbau und Erhalt belastbarer Kundenbeziehungen mit engem Austausch zu externen Stakeholdern wie Krankenkassen, Krankenkassenverbänden, Kassenärztlichen Vereinigungen, Verbänden und anderen relevanten Institutionen
  • Analyse von Chancen und Hürden regionaler Steuerungsinstrumente und Erarbeitung geeigneter Lösungen bei Verordnungs- und Erstattungsthemen
  • Entwicklung lösungsorientierter Vertragskonzepte und Strategien sowie erfolgreiches Verhandeln von Rabatt und Kooperationsverträgen (Impfstoffe, Specialty, Oncology)
  • Kontinuierliche Unterstützung des Innen- und Außendienstes bei gesundheitsökonomischen und erstattungsrelevanten Fragestellungen u.a. in Form von Begleitbesuchen, Schulungen und runden Tischen
  • Sehr gute x-funktionale Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Bereiches Market Access und CGA und den Bereichen Sales und Marketing bei produktspezifischen und versorgungsrelevanten Projekten und Themen
  • Analyse und Erkennung von Trends und Entwicklung im Gesundheitswesen

Dein Profil:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer gesundheitspolitischen Abteilung oder einer vergleichbaren Position in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Gesundheitswesen, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbaren Qualifikationen
  • Fundiertes Wissen über das deutsche Gesundheitssystem und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Stakeholdern
  • Erfahrung im Veranstaltungsmanagement und Organisation von regionalen Veranstaltungen
  • Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
