Job Description:

Primary tasks and responsibilities:

  • Part of a transcontinental project focused on product-related analysis, documentation and reporting
  • Histological and immunohistochemical work
  • Mechanical component testing
  • Evaluation of components in biologically relevant media
  • Documentation, product-related analyses, data set analysis, and report preparation
  • Molecular biological analyses
  • Microscope-based validations (bright-field and fluorescence microscopy, laser-based)
  • Support of clinical and preclinical studies
  • Organization and procurement of work materials

Professional qualifications:

  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Molecular and Applied Biotechnology, Biology, or a related scientific discipline; at least a Master's degree
  • At least 2-4 years of practical and scientific experience in medical technology or medically related fields
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • High level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility
  • Experience in independently managing projects
  • Enjoyment of challenging tasks
  • Good team and communication skills, high flexibility, and a careful/precise working style
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Willingness to travel

Limited time contract for 9 months: Apr.26 to Dec.26

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 62.500 EUR to 97.865 EUR.
