Role Overview: We are seeking a Compliance Director for our Europe Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) team. This role, based in Wiesbaden, Germany, will oversee our compliance program in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Israel, and Eastern Europe).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support business functions on complex ethics and compliance issues.
Develop and implement compliance programs, including training, risk management, and monitoring.
Manage the Region Central compliance team.
Conduct policy reviews and updates, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Oversee compliance audits and corrective actions.
Provide guidance on commercial programs and regulatory issues.

Qualifications:

BS/BA required; advanced degree (MBA, JD) preferred.
8-10 years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, or related fields.
Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry is a plus.
Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
