Logistics Manager (all Genders)
YOUR TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES
- You will provide logistics services to Global Logistics (GLO + GLS) and product/customer teams
- You will support the on-time delivery of intercompany shipments while ensuring efficient cost management and quality assurance
- You will build a sustainable and compliant logistics framework that meets regulatory standards
- You will act as an internal service provider, positively impacting patient and consumer services
- You will manage tactical and strategic projects based on deployment needs.
- You will serve as the Logistics Capability Deployment Manager, driving strategic logistics projects and connecting with PS initiatives
- You will act as the Value Delivery Community Manager, conceptualizing and managing global Continuous Improvement (CI) and sustainability initiatives
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field, along with several years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics
- You possess a strong understanding of logistics processes and systems, as well as comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes
- You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills that enable you to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- You have proven capabilities in project management, including experience in 4PL transformations and handling various projects
- You are capable of leading and motivating teams in a collaborative work environment
- You have a solid understanding of the healthcare industry and supply chain dynamics
- You demonstrate the ability to approach challenges from both tactical and strategic perspectives
- You have experience with SAP TM and other transport management systems, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Power BI
- You bring proven experience in continuous improvement, automation projects, and KPI management and reporting systems
- You are results-driven, self-motivated, and innovative in addressing challenges
- You are fluent in English, and knowledge of German is a plus
